Are you ready for the iPhone 6, iOS8 and the iWatch?

Today Apple will launch the iPhone 6, iOS8 and probably the iWatch. The presentation with title ‘Wish we could say more’ is taking place at the Flint Center for Performing Arts in Cupertino, the place were Steve Jobs unveiled the first Mac computer 20 years ago. We’ve summarized the most accurate rumors below.

iPhone 6 – what to expect?

  • New Design in line with the iPad air and iPad mini
  •  Two screensizes: 4,7 and 5,5 inch (remark, the current iPhone 5S screen measures 4 inch)
  •  Sapphire glass
  • Mobile Payment via NFC

iOS8 – a brief overview

  • Focus on the Health app which will give you an easy-to-read dashboard of your health and fitness data.
  • Widgets in the notification center
  • Easy Beta testing using TestFlight with up to 1000 beta testers

iWatch – the rumors

  • Focus on fashion with guru’s like the Belgian Paul Deneve from Yves Saint Leurent and Angela Ahrendts from Burberry on board
  • Different screensizes: 1, 2.5 or 3 inch
  • Extra sensors like a heartbeat sensor and a step tracker

Be prepared!

For the first time, Apple will stream its iPhone launch event over the internet. But be prepared, you can only watch the stream on a MAC, iPad, iPhone or on Apple TV using the Safari browser.
