Twipe expands its activities in the Baltic Region

Newspaper Postimees releases NextGen Tablet, Smartphone and Web Apps using the Twipe Digital Publishing Suite.

Tallinn – Leuven, 28.11.2014. Today Postimees (The Postman), the largest Estonian newspaper, launches its web, smartphone and tablet optimized newspaper using the NextGen Digital Publishing Suite of Twipe.
With this launch, the newspaper evolves towards a new way of publishing easy-to-read publications, adapted for web & mobile devices. Every day a publication is prepared with more than 10 different intelligent templates from the Politics & Economics Template Family. This template family has been customised to fit the branding and look-and-feel of this newspaper.

Digital edition of Postimees is a key driver for digital growth

Postimees is owned by the Eesti Meedia Group and has the largest circulation and readership not only in Estonia, but in the complete Baltic region. The newspaper has a print circulation of almost 61.000 issues reaching more than 210.000 readers. “Everyone knows that the future of the newspaper is undoubtedly digital. We want to grow our digital audience by giving our readers the best digital newspaper” says Andres Einmann, Daily Editor of Postimees.
