Creation of a Tablet Optimised Newspaper in four hours
It takes a publisher on average 4 hours to prepare the Tablet Optimized Newspaper. Moreover, the creation process of this iPad version can happen in parallel to the editing of the print edition. To enable this, the new release of the Twipe Mobile Publishing Platform includes an easy-to-use iPad Editor. This backoffice allows to ‘drag-and-drop’ incoming articles, pictures, quotes, … to a template on an iPad page. The system can suggest templates automatically for a specific page or content category. Articles can also be linked automatically to certain templates.
To ensure the right quality, iPad pages can be previewed on the device before making them publicly available.
