European media group Mediahuis and Twipe announce today that they have concluded a major partnership to grow the reading of their newspapers on digital devices. Through the partnership, Mediahuis will centralise the distribution of all digital newspapers on the Twipe Cloud Editions platform. Furthermore, the various Mediahuis’ brands will benefit from the unique digital analytics capabilities included in the Twipe platform. Finally, both partners intend to engage more closely into future collaboration and innovation projects.
“As we have been growing and consolidating over the past years, we currently distribute digital newspapers through a variety of solutions across the Mediahuis group,” explains Peter Soetens, Mediahuis’ Chief Digital Officer. “After careful research and selection, we are glad to start up a new long term collaboration with Twipe.” Over the coming months, the new partnership will see Twipe distribute the digital version of several of Mediahuis’ national and regional newspapers, across Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg and Ireland.
