Last week, our CEO Danny Lein was invited as a key note speaker at the Digital Saloon in Copenhagen, organized in cooperation between Ritzau’s Bureau and Klaus Henriksen and Henrik Keith Hansen from Digital Tours. He shared his views on the technologies that will shape the future of news media in the short, medium and long term. Learn from the many cases he covered, including Toutiao, Knowhere, Taboola, Associated Press, Emotient.

Key highlights of his presentation include:

  • Artificial intelligence is helping publishers personalise distribution, generate new stories, and combat fake news
  • The first initiatives using blockchain are focusing on fostering trust among content creators and recipients
  • Emotion measurement is the new frontier for publishers

Danny Lein will also be presenting at the INMA Media Innovation Study Tour next week in Amsterdam, and Twipe will back in Copenhagen in October to present at Danske Medier’s Media Innovation Forum.
