Twipe is a mediatech scale-up based in Leuven, Belgium working with leading newspaper publishers in Europe and the US to grow their digital subscribers and sustain quality journalism. We offer cloud based digital edition publishing, analytics, and personalisation solutions. Our innovative solutions accelerate the growth of newspapers including Le Monde, The Telegraph and DuMont.

Why are we hiring?

In a context of growth and focus on delivering excellence to our clients, Matthieu (Head of Product) is looking for a new Product Owner. Joining Twipe, you will also lead an Agile squad and take full ownership on developping new features for our engagement and personalization solutions that consist in collaborating with clients to grow readers engagement using data, insights and algorithms.

What do you do?

  • You take end-to-end ownership of customer implementation track and ensure excellence is delivered to our clients
  • You’re responsible for the development of our product features and improvements with a focus on our engagement and personlization solutions
  • As full owner of the solutions along with you team, your assignments include monitoring, support and running costs for the products
  • You make project implementation plans, highlighting key milestones and intermediate delivery moments
  • You define User Stories and prepare the work packages for the Engineering Team and validate the integration with the Customer Success Team
  • On an ongoing basis you are in charge of prioritizing the backlog and work packages for the development team
  • You communicate proactively about the delivery process with all stakeholders and are the single point of contact for product related concerns or questions from our customers
  • You are responsible for testing the deployment, monitoring, and following-up to ensure high quality
  • You lead a squad of various young talents and make sure to hone their skills

  • You have a strong track record as Product Owner in challenging tech environments
  • You’re comfortable with leading a small team of tech colleagues

  • Product management cycle has no secret for you: discovery with customer, building data driven solutions, operating production environment
  • You are used to perform in a high paced delivery context
