Amedia can look back on a big success story. The regional media company’s title now have a reach of 1.3 million, which amounts to a quarter of the Norwegian population. Amedia was able to do this with a 3 stage strategy:
- Converting existing paper subscribers to digital
- Encouraging non-subscribers to register for a log-in
- Move users up the value chain
