Amedia can look back on a big success story. The regional media company’s title now have a reach of 1.3 million, which amounts to a quarter of the Norwegian population. Amedia was able to do this with a 3 stage strategy:

  1. Converting existing paper subscribers to digital
  2. Encouraging non-subscribers to register for a log-in
  3. Move users up the value chain
